Features such as direct messages, chatrooms, episode chat, and comments are provided for genuine discussion. You agree not to use them to harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users; to send spam or unsolicited promotions; or to post content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative. We may moderate, remove, or restrict access to community features, and may suspend accounts that misuse them.
The Site lets you import data from third-party services, such as your MyAnimeList list. When you use an import feature, you represent that you have the right to import that data, and you authorize us to store and use it to populate your account. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by third-party services.
All original content on YourAnimeRank, including the design, logo, and ranking system, is the property of YourAnimeRank and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Anime titles, images, screenshots, and related content belong to their respective copyright holders, and YourAnimeRank does not claim ownership of any third-party anime content displayed on the Site. If you upload images or screenshots, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to do so.
We respect the rights of copyright holders. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us through the site's contact page with: a description of the work, the location (URL) of the material, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate, and may remove content or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
YourAnimeRank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourAnimeRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which YourAnimeRank operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
